Observation

Licensor observed television cords were hanging and accessible to children during the virtual inspection. Licensor observed the digital reading on the hot water tank read 123 degrees Fahrenheit. The provider stated she would secure the television cords as soon as possible. The provider stated she would turn down the temperature of the water to the required 120 degrees Fahrenheit as soon as possible.
